In 2000, Dr. Meyer returned to the study and practice of Behavioral Medicine, taking over 200 hours of continuing education courses related to behavioral medicine and participating in more than 50 cases with Dr. Ilana Reisner, the director of the Behavior Clinic at Penn. In her private practice, Dr. Meyer employs non-painful techniques that utilize current scientific knowledge in learning theory, animal behavior, and psychopharmacology to treat animal behavior problems.
